These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mount Si Labs LLC, a Washington limited liability company that owns and operates CardSavvy ("Mount Si Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using CardSavvy (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
CardSavvy is not a credit counselor, financial advisor, broker-dealer, or registered investment advisor. All recommendations, calculations, point valuations, and outputs provided by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute individualized financial, credit, investment, tax, or legal advice. Verify all card terms, fees, and rewards directly with the issuer before applying. No fiduciary relationship is created between you and CardSavvy.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
This section governs the website. Use of the CardSavvy API, including the Model Context Protocol server, is governed instead by the API Terms, which permit commercial use subject to their own conditions.
The materials on the Service are provided on an "as is" basis. Mount Si Labs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Mount Si Labs LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Service.
We may assign or transfer these Terms, and our rights and obligations under them, to a successor in interest in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Questions about these Terms should be sent to us at support@card-savvy.com.
